The Design Team for Gina K. Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop … Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! And as you hop through their blogs, make sure to leave a comment on each of them because we will choose a few random comments and those stampers will each win a grab bag of deeply etched, pre-cut Gina K. Designs stamps! To see the full list of winners check the Big News forum at Stamp TV a couple of days after the hops!!
Today’s first featured stamp set is the new Sun Kissed Autumn StampTV Kit . . Oh, My!

Just look at all the fabulous images in this HUGE kit! Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year and this kit epitomizes the whole season! I had so many ideas racing through my head, I couldn’t decide which one to make for you today! Here’s what I settled on – a 5” x 7” framed Autumn piece:

I used the three leaves and stamped them onto some Copic Polished Stone paper I previously made. You can find Gina's tutorial video for Polished Stone over at StampTV here and my version with Copic Various Ink Refills here.
I cut out the leaves and popped them up with foam tape onto three Inchie Arts Inchie + (1.50”) Dark Cream matboard squares. Strips of Tomato Soup & Sweet Corn cardstock were placed behind the squares.

One of my favorite sentiments is stamped onto one of the fabulous new Sunkissed Autumn cardstock colors (Tomato Soup) and die cut with Spellbinders Grommet Tags dies. It is popped up over another die cut of Gina’s gorgeous Good as Gold Metallic cardstock. The polished stone background is framed with the wonderful new Cherry Red Sunkissed Autumn cardstock color. (These colors are available in the pack I’ve linked to above, or if you need more of it, they are also available individually in 25 packs here).
I can’t wait to use more of the fabulous images in this set over the next few months!
Our next featured set of the day is the new One Free with 3 set, Fall Foliage . . . can you believe this set is FREE?!!

I adore the distressed leaves in this set and the sentiments are so useful for so many different card giving needs. I made up this quick card I needed in a hurry:

I used the Rock ‘N Roll technique on the leaves, using Memento Tangelo and Rhubarb Stalk and stamped them onto Gina’s Ivory cardstock. The clear stamps really make this technique easy to see exactly where the ink is going with this technique!

Another one of my favorite sentiments was stamped with Rich Cocoa ink. The piece was framed with one of Spellbinders new A2 Card Creator die sets, Fancy Postage Edge, cut from Gina’s Chocolate cardstock. Again, I used two of my favorite new Sunkissed Autumn cardstock colors, Tomato Soup and Cherry Red (I’m a happy girl, with all of these gorgeous new red cardstock colors)!!
Thank you all so much for dropping by today – I am always so humbled with all of your very kind and sweet comments, I love reading them all!
