Supplies:
Make sure you start with a heavy-weight cardstock, whether it's plain (as shown here) or already decorative. If plain, you can always add a decorative paper to the outside. (Click on any of these photos for a larger view):

Place the recipient’s monogram on the outside and add a decorative tag, if desired.

Sharon, this is an awesome project! I love the cracker with your beautiful table setting, and the tutorial is so helpful. Oh, this is great! I was looking at a set of geniune British crackers in the Hallmark (made in China of course) and they were $24 for 10.

I have now added my finished cracker to my blog .. think mine does look a little different at the ends - think maybe the cardstock was maybe too heavyweight .. but overall am really pleased with results.
