This is a holiday treat tradition in our house that I'd like to share with you. I've heard it called a lot of different names . . . White Trash, Reindeer Food, Blizzard Bites. Whatever you call it, it's G-O-O-D! This recipe makes a TON, so I thought it would make good teacher & neighbor gifts this holiday season. (Recipe info at the bottom of this post). To package some up, I used a recycled empty nut can (since I used all of the nuts in this recipe) and covered it with this red snowflake paper from My Mind's Eye Be Merry collection. This pattern comes in Taylored Expressions' Christmas Key Ingredients kit. To customize the lid, I used JustRite Stampers' Brayton font and Harmony Classic Circle III Stamp Ensemble's round wood block. The middle 50-point font size fits perfectly in the rim, where the border would normally fit. When purchasing a font set, I would advise purchasing two of the same set, if at all possible. In each font set, you get two each of the 50-point sized letters and as you can see with my customized wording, I needed more than just two of some of the letters....
