I second your endorsement of their customer service.msame thing happened to me TWICE. It stopped working just after a year, but they sent a new replacement both times. They only ask that you return the cup holder if that happens, so the defective one really is no longer functional. Kerrigan and card-making....what a great combo! (and no, I have no connection to Keurig either!)
