Before I get on to some Copic business, I wanted to share a little of our winter wonderland here in Texas. We rarely get snow so when we do, it's a big deal. Yesterday we broke our 46-year record snowfall (a whopping 7.8 inches, LOL!) here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and had 12.5 inches! So meet 2010 Snowman Joe:
The snow was still coming down yesterday after school and my girls couldn't wait to get out in it to build a snowman (their first)! Since we don't have much experience at building snowmen, we made do with what we had . . . Oreo cookie eyes and cherry tomato mouth!! Then I realized we hadn't provided any arms for Joe, so we improvised again:
Ha -- that's my youngest crouched down behind Joe, holding out her arms!
So, on to some Copic announcements. Below is a list of upcoming Copic Certification classes. You can find out more about the Certification program HERE.

Your girls are just too precious and so is the snowman! That's pretty good thinking for the eyes and mouth! Unfortunately, our part of Texas didn't get any snow! TFS!

Wow, what a cute snow Jo ;) He is lovely. Love that you used Oreo's for the eyes!
It has been cold here in Austin, but no snow or sleet.
Will you ever be teaching in Austin?

Hi Sharon! I clicked on the electronic form and received the email to confirm... when I clicked to confirm, it just brings me to the copic site, so I'm not sure if I'm confirmed on the notification list or not. I'm interested in information on the class in Des Moines--- Is it at Archivers??
