Witch Way To The Treats?

Halloween in JUNE you say?!! Well, yes -- you can never be too prepared, right? LOL! Actually, this is one of the samples I made for JustRite's 2010 Catalog & Idea Book which is now shipping. I just received my catalog on Friday ... have you ordered yours yet? It is over 80 pages and contains over 100 projects using each of JustRite's current stamp sets (and future releases!). This stamp set, Witch Way To The Treats, was one of your favorites last year, so JustRite decided to bring it out of retirement and it is back in stock on the website now! It's the 15th of the month again and that means it's time for Ellen Hutson LLC's monthly InTouch Newsletter ... did you receive yours in your inbox overnight? Happy Birthday Taylor!

Today is my sweet friend Taylor Van Bruggen's birthday and a few of her friends have gotten together to throw her a virtual birthday party! Hope your day is fabulous, Taylor! Here's the card I made for her: Card base is cut with largest Spellbinders Big Scalloped Square Nestabilities die. The cupcake from my favorite Taylored Expressions' stamp set, For the Love of Cupcakes, was colored with Copic markers RV32 & RV34 and glittered with Stickles. The cupcake liner/bottom was stamped onto striped paper and pieced, as was the cake plate. Cupcake is popped up. Pink flowers are a Sizzix die, cut from Prism Intense Pink cardstock and also glittered. Card is approximately 4.25" wide (including sentiment tab) and loosely based on this week's Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #117. June Beach Calendar

I bet you all thought I forgot about my June calendar, didn't you?!! I was just super busy with end-of-school year activities with my girls, working a local trade show, having guests in town and teaching a Copic Certification class ... whew! So I finally got time to make it ... using one of my favorite Lockhart beach stamps, some great Martha Stewart punches and of course, my Copics!
