It's beautiful this week in Texas -- sunny skies and in the 70's, so I'm having fun bringing out all my pretty Spring patterned papers to play with! Evidently I'm also in the shabby chic mood because this seems to be the general direction of my cards this week, too! Today I have another March release stamp set from JustRite Stampers to share -- this gorgeous cling Vintage Oval Labels!
This stamp set has two beautiful label stamps -- the large one coordinates with Spellbinders Labels Thirteen Nestabilities die and the smaller label stamp that I used here coordinates with Labels Six Nestabilities die! I stamped the label once with Memento Rose Bud ink (the center portion) and die cut it with Spellbinders Petite Classic Oval Nestabilities die (smallest in the large set) and then stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from JustRite's Happy Everything Mini Tag Kit in the center with Rich Cocoa ink. I love that all 18 of the mini sentiments from the mini tag kit will fit with this beautiful label stamp!
Next, I stamped the label again with Memento Rich Cocoa ink onto Neenah Natural White cardstock and colored it to match these pretty Jenni Bowlin Baby of Mine mini 4x4 papers, using these Copic markers:
The oval die cut sentiment was sponged with Antique Linen Distress Ink and stacked with 3D Foam Squares onto the colored label. The papers were machine stitched to a Memory Box Mocha cardstock base. Some rose seam binding and a pretty Jenni Bowlin Vellum Butterfly finishes this card.
You can find more samples by the JustRite design team using this set over at the JustRite Inspiration blog today. I hope this card brings a little Spring to your part of the country, even if it's not quite looking like Spring yet where you are!
