JustRite Mother's Day

Today the JustRite Papercraft design team has projects to share using some beautiful new Classic Lace Edge stamps (click on either image below, to see them in the store):

   

I used the first set to create this Mother's Day card:

I also used yesterday's release stamp set, Vintage Rose Medallions for the sentiment banner and semi-circle of roses I stamped on the paper doily.  

 

The banner was stamped with Memento Rose Bud ink onto Copic X-Press It Blending Card, colored with Copic E41 and E42 markers (to match the kraft cardstock background), hand trimmed and then Copic's 1/4" Foam Mounting Tape was the perfect size to adhere it to the doily:

The seam binding was custom colored with Copic RV55 (to match the pink card base) and then placed in a baggie and Copic Colorless Blender Solution dropped onto it, to achieve the vintage hand-dyed look.

The lace edge was stamped with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with white powder onto kraft cardstock and accented with pink gemstones (also colored with the RV55 marker).
