Gina K November 2012 Release Inspiration Hop-Day 3

The Design Team for Gina K Designs welcomes you to another fabulous Inspiration Blog Hop, with the November release stamp sets! Gina and the Design Team will inspire you with many beautiful ideas! I combined these two sets for some more Advent calendar tags (surprised?)! And I made my own washi tape with Tami’s plaids (squeal … SO much fun)!

I just applied white gift wrap tissue paper to wide double-sided tape and then stamped on the tissue paper with Memento inks and trimmed to the size I wanted (about 1/2-inch wide on #6 and I left #10’s at the 1-inch width of the stamp).

Tag #6-There’s snow one like you! (Advent daily activity): Take each child out Christmas shopping individually for the other members of the family and treat them to lunch or dinner alone with you at the place of their choice.

The snowman was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink onto the tag base of Gina’s Sandy Beach Heavy Weight cardstock and colored with Copic markers (shown below), then Star Dust Stickles dabbed on his snowy parts with my finger. “Washi” tape ink colors: Memento Summer Sky & Rhubarb Stalk; Red Hot Gina K cardstock tag.

Tag #10-Winter Blessings: Take the whole family on a nature walk and enjoy/appreciate all the Winter season has to offer. The birdhouse was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored with the above Copic markers. Washi tape ink color – Memento Bamboo Leaves; Fresh Asparagus cardstock tag.
