Lily Thanks

Today's JustRite background stamps being featured today are Stitched Ribbon and Ticking Stripe: I combined them with Easter Blessings Oval Medallions (lily), Classic Scallop Borders One, and Spring Words. The lily image was colored with these Copic markers: The ribbon background was stamped in two different colors of Distress Ink, then cut and pieced together. The scalloped border was stamped with Versamark ink onto spring moss cardstock (I like that it matches the pattern in the stitched ribbon background and is easily die cut with Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Edgeabilities!). The ticking stripe background was stamped with white chalk ink onto rose cardstock: Love the fabulous font of this Thank You sentinent from Spring Words! The pink center of the lily started with the darker Copic marker, R83, blended out towards the tips of the petals with lighter RV11; and finally faded to white with lightest RV00. Easter Blessings Basket

Today's JustRite cling background stamp introduction is Chevron Stripe: Combined with Spring Words: I made this 5.50" x 7.50" Easter basket card: I colored the chevron background stamp with Memento Markers and stamped onto white cardstock. The basket shape is from Cricut's Everyday Pop-Up Cards and the pretty filigree eggs are from Designer's Calendar cartridge. The Easter greeting was also inked with Memento Markers and die cut with Spellbinders Teardrop Circles die. It is popped up on Copic's high tack double-sided foam tape over a blue strip of cardstock embossed with Spellbinders Paisley M-Bossabilities.
